Our standard shirt projects start from 500 pieces. Individual styles may have a different MOQ; per-color quantities, size ratios, materials and special processes are confirmed after reviewing the full brief.
A standard finished shirt sample is approximately RMB 200 per piece, with a reference production time of 3–5 days after requirements are confirmed. New customers prepay; courier charges are separate. Each newly made sample is charged separately. Custom labels and branded packaging samples are a separate development item, approximately RMB 300 and about 14 days. Any sample fee credit or refund requires a project-specific agreement.
Payment is by T/T. The deposit, balance schedule and other payment conditions are confirmed in the project quotation and contract.
We can discuss EXW, FOB and CIF terms. Sea freight, air freight and sample courier arrangements depend on the destination and order. We do not currently provide DDP door-to-door service; the quotation specifies the agreed logistics scope.
